Charles began his banking career in 2011 as a teller and quickly advanced through roles in Credit Administration, Commercial Underwriting, and Special Assets. He later became a Loan Officer, building a strong foundation in commercial credit structuring and relationship management.
Charles brings extensive experience serving commercial clients across a range of industries, including attorneys, home builders, commercial real estate investors, and government contractors. His background in credit and risk management enables him to structure sophisticated financing solutions tailored to each client’s growth objectives.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Pennsylvania State University and is currently attending the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at University of Pennsylvania.
Charles is passionate about working with clients who seek a more strategic and consultative banking relationship. He partners closely with business owners and executives to assess their financing needs and align them with the appropriate financial products and long-term capital strategies to support sustainable success.
