Robin has been a community banker for over 29 years, starting as a branch manager trainee, following in the footsteps of her father and grandfather who were both life-time bankers. She is a dynamic leader with a passion for coaching and inspiring team performance, collaborating with colleagues to execute strategic initiatives and achieve goals. She is responsible for the retail branch teams and manages the Bank’s marketing and advertising. She is actively involved in the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, as a member of their Board of Directors. She serves on the Virginia Bankers Association Marketing Committee and is a graduate of the School of Bank Management as well as Leadership Arlington. Robin has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from University of Lynchburg.
