Kathy has been a banker since 1987 and a commercial loan officer since 1997. She has broad experience lending to various businesses and non-profit organizations, but she particularly enjoys working with small businesses and entrepreneurs and using the SBA loan programs to assist in their growth and success. Kathy is responsible for SBA lending at NCB. She has a bachelor's degree in Finance from Kogod School of Business, American University and graduated from the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management in 2009. Kathy is a member and former board member of Leadership Greater Washington and a board member and former Board Chair of the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington.
