Eric has been in banking for 14 years with experience across multiple disciplines within the industry. Starting as a part time teller, Eric worked for one of the largest community banks in the DC Metro area and was quickly promoted to other roles in the branch. Eric’s expertise is in retail banking, operations, compliance, and commercial lending. He has embraced the entrepreneurial element of commercial lending and strives to help his team and customers grow and be successful. Eric has earned a “Leading with Finance” certification from Harvard Business Online School and is pursuing additional advanced certifications in finance.
